Weighing in at eleven and one half pounds, even less than the already light seat Kit Components provides, the AeroTrak L-4 seat is designed to retro fit any aircraft. Lancair and ViperJet are two companies already using the seats in their aircraft.
The AeroTrak L-4 seats are designed with not only safety, but comfort in mind. Four reclining points and over six inches of forward and back travel are available to give the maximum back support and leg room available.
Add that to the latest in technology, Visco elastic foam, and the AeroTrak L-4 seats are fit for any pilot. The seats are made with Visco elastic foam, an open-celled, body sensitive foam originally designed for NASA to alleviate the G-Force stresses and pressures placed on astronauts during space flight. Every time body positions are changed, the tempured foam changes to accommodate the new position, providing optimal comfort for those longer journeys.
