AeroCraft Parts and Supply was formed to offer another opportunity to aircraft builders, mechanics and pilots to purchase supplies for their aircraft. AeroCraft is a division if Kit Components Inc, which has been supplying kit planes, such as Lancair, Glasair, Stallions and other specialty aircraft, with hardware, resins, composite materials, electrical and avionics.
Our mission is to supply all of general aviation, mechanics and builders with the parts and supplies they need at a reasonable price.

Ordering Information
There are four ways to place an order with us:
1) Online at www.aerocraftparts.com, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders received after hours or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

1) Credit Card
We accept payment on VISA or MasterCard. All credit card orders MUST include Credit Card number, expiration date, and billing name and address of the cardholder.
2) C.O.D.
Orders may be shipped C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) via UPS. An additional handling fee will be applied to the order.
3) Money Order / Check
We accept Money Orders or Official/Certified Checks Only. Please call ahead of time for current pricing and freight estimates.
4) Wire Transfers
International customers must pay by bank wire transfer. Contact us for Bank information and to arrange transfer of funds.
General policy is for all orders to be either prepaid or shipped COD (collect on delivery) via UPS.
We regularly ship orders to foreign countries. They are shipped via air. Unless otherwise requested, we will place large shipments with our usual freight forwarders. Shipments will be freight collect. Smaller shipments can be shipped more economically via the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or DHL but they must be prepaid. If you have a preferred method, carrier, etc., we will gladly ship via that preferred source. All handling charges (freight forwarder fees, dock fees, etc.) must be paid to AeroCraft Parts in advance or by arrangement with our office. Experience has shown that shipments using our preferred sources generally result in a much smoother flow of goods from our door to yours.
International Order Payments
International orders are to be paid by wiring funds directly to our bank. Contact our business office for bank information and to arrange transfer of funds.
Unless otherwise noted, all shipments within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard ground service. Shipping charges are paid by the purchaser. Due to possible vendor delays, some items may be temporarily out of stock. As backordered items arrive, AeroCraft Parts & Avionics will ship with the appropriate shipping charges applied.
Rush Orders
If you prefer, we can ship rush orders via UPS, Federal Express or Express Mail two-day airmail. These charges are additional. With availability permitting, we will process your order on the next business day or within 24 business hours. Air or rush charges are approximately twice the cost of ground shipment. Flammables and corrosives classified as “hazardous materials” are much more expensive to ship by air.

Upon receipt of your order, inspect it immediately for damages and/or shortages. Check your order against the packing list. If an item was out of stock at the time of shipment, it will be marked as “backordered.” If there are any discrepancies, we must be notified within thirty (30) days or adjustments cannot be made.
In the event a shipment should arrive damaged, have the driver note the damage and make out a damage claim with the shipper at that time.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be prepaid. Prior to returning any merchandise, call our inventory department at 541-923-2233 or fax 541-548-7332 with the part number and reason for returning the part. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package on the address label. Also include a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number and reason for the return written on it. For U.S. Customers, we must receive the part within thirty (30) days or credit will not be given and the part will be returned at your expense. For International customers, the returned part must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving your RMA number.
AeroCraft Parts, warrants for a period of thirty (30) days from date of original purchase, all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. AeroCraft Parts only obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any part or product which is returned within the above stated warranty period. Aerocraft Parts also reserves the right to refund the amount of any returned item that proves to be defective or damaged.
Under no circumstances shall AeroCraft Parts be liable for loss, damage, cost of repair or consequential damages in any manner of any kind relating to the sale or use of any products purchased from AeroCraft Parts.
AeroCraft Parts, makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the merchantability of its products or their fitness for a particular purpose. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by some states. The above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. There may be other rights that you may have which vary from state to state.
